This document outlines the Agreement between you, the User and Shoupon (Shoupon.com), the service provider. By agreeing to these terms of service you are agreeing to the following:

Users of Shoupon are subject to these terms of service. Users of Shoupon agree to be held to these terms including those who register an account with Shoupon or browse sales on Shoupon.

2. Licence to Shoupon Services

Shoupon is authorized to provide this service and does so free of charge to Users at this time but is under no obligation to do so in part or in whole and may end or alter the service without warning.

The following are registered trademarks of Shoupon: Shoupon.com, Shoupon and its design logo, as well as certain other Shoupon trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos (collectively Shoupon trademarks) used in connection with the Shoupon service. Shoupon services may contain third-party trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos. You are not granted right or license with respect to Shoupon trademarks or the trademarks of any third party.

6. Privacy

Shoupon takes your privacy seriously, and it is important that you read and understand the terms of Shoupon 's Privacy Policy. Shoupon may cooperate with and disclose information (including your account information) to any authority, government official or third-party, without giving notice to you, in connection with any investigation, proceeding or claim arising from an asserted illegal action or infringement due to your use of Shoupon.

7. Term

This Agreement will remain effective until terminated by you or by Shoupon.

8. Disclaimers

Shoupon services are used at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shoupon is not responsible for the accuracy or integrity of information presented to Users. Any action taken by a User on that information is the responsibility of the User, and Shoupon is in no way responsible for those actions. Shoupon cannot be held liable for any recourse that may come from using information presented by Shoupon.
